How are the mangoes processed and packed?
The stage of ripened mangoes is determined by the time taken for transfer to the final destination of delivery. All mangoes are then thoroughly examined for any skin flaws. Finally, each carton is properly strapped and sealed making long distance travel safe without damaging the mangoes. We generally send raw mangoes, so that they are semi-ripe by the time it reaches the destination.

How you deliver the mangoes?
We deliver the mangoes through reliable and efficient transport/courier/travel cargo services.
What is the proof of delivery?
We will email and/or WhatsApp you a copy of the cargo/courier receipt after your order is dispatched.
Do you charge extra shipping charges?
Our prices are inclusive of shipping charges for all domestic deliveries in western India, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. For all other locations, please contact us before placing your order.
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
The minimum quantity you can order is 1 dozen mangoes.
What if I order for more than 100 boxes?
If you want to order more than 100 boxes, we advise you to contact us prior to ordering as you will be eligible to obtain a concessional rate from us.
Do you cater to corporate gifting?
Yes, we do cater orders from corporates for gifting purpose, and also get it delivered if required. We gift wrap the mango boxes to give it a special effect. In case you require specialized customized packaging please get in touch with us for further details.
What if the receiver is away for a while?
In case the receiver of the delivery is away for a while, our courier staff will leave a message and will also make a second attempt in a couple of days. The courier personnel will also try and call up the receiving party and fix up an appropriate time for delivery. If all the attempts fail, we will finally cancel the delivery. No refunds will be entertained; however we shall give you the proof of attempts made by the courier personnel.
How to know if the mangoes are ready to eat?
Mangoes are ready to eat when they feel soft and smell sweet.
